Oleg Stratiev works with public, private and institutional clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters relating to securities, mergers & acquisitions and regulatory compliance, including regulatory and transactional matters regarding emerging technologies, private equity, blockchain and cryptocurrencies. Oleg has worked with companies from start-ups to public issuers at various stages of development, supporting their mergers & acquisitions, equity issuances and commercial activities, and assisting public issuers with continuous disclosure obligations and governance issues. Prior to his corporate and commercial practice, Oleg was selected as one of 15 individuals across Canada to clerk at the Tax Court of Canada.
